The Cascade Culinary Institute at Central Oregon Community College offers competency-based instruction in a nurturing environment with an emphasis on sustainability. Certificates and degrees include Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Sustainability, Nutrition and Restaurant Management.
