Paid Intern and Volunteer Opportunities with Schoolyard Farms!
Schoolyard Farms grows healthier communities by teaching kids how to grow nutritious food that goes from their schoolyard to their plate. We have repurposed one-acre of schoolyard at Candy Lane Elementary in Milwaukie, OR (outside Portland) into a small production farm that educates for a healthier food system. In addition to operating a market farm, Schoolyard Farms offers weekly garden-based classes to the students of Candy Lane and will host Farm Camp for kids this summer.
We’d like to announce these opportunities with Schoolyard Farms:
Farm Interns: Paid, part-time position, application closes March 16th.
Participate in all aspects of running a small-scale production farm:
Summer Camp Interns: Paid, part-time position, application closes June 1st.

Marketing Interns: Unpaid, part-time position, applications are accepted on a rolling basis:
School Garden Interns: Unpaid, part-time position, applications close on March 16th for a Spring Internship and August 17th for a Fall Internship:
