These recipes will be used to prepare and cook a healthy lunch for the whole youth crew on our Wednesday harvest days. In addition, the Cooking and Nutrition Program Facilitator will help to facilitate healthy cooking classes for youth, which will support them in basic cooking skills such as knife skills, cooking healthy meat options, and steaming, sautéing, and roasting vegetables.
